Those whose turn it is are emailed the new deadline, with a new signing link, unless they sign in person. Links already sent keep working.
Every link sent to the old address stops working. If it is their turn, the new address is emailed a fresh one; otherwise it goes out when their turn comes.
While it's held, your retention policy neither withholds nor deletes this envelope's documents, sealed copies included, until every hold on it is released. A draft is deleted for good, with its recipients and every document added to it. This can't be undone.
